A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who enters the Republic of Korea on December 7, 2004 as a male with the nationality of Pakistan, and is granted the status of stay for other (G-1) as an industrial accident compensation.

Except as permitted under other Acts, a person who is not an administrative doctor shall not engage in the business of preparation of documents, preparation of documents concerning rights and duties or proof of facts, preparation of documents concerning administration-related laws and regulations, response to requests for advice or consultation on administration, etc., which are submitted to an administrative agency upon delegation by another person. However, the defendant, without any authority or qualification, made a false statement against a person illegally staying in Vietnam, and received a certain amount of money in return.

Defendant

Despite being not an administrative physician, at a coffee shop, where the trade name near the 911-ro 22-ro, as of August 2, 2015, is unknown as of August 2, 2015, the applicant for recognition of refugee status and the applicant for issuance of other visa (G-1).

Upon C’s request, documents submitted to refugee status with the immigration management office, which are administrative agencies, shall be prepared under C’s name, and shall be issued KRW 1.2 million by C in cash on August 25, 2015 as fees.

In addition, even if the Defendant was not an administrative agent over seven times in total as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes, the Defendant was delegated by foreigners, and was given KRW 10,300,000 in total as a fee to prepare and submit to the refugee status of the immigration management office, which is an administrative agency.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not an administrative agent, the defendant was engaged in the business of preparing documents to be submitted to an administrative agency with another's delegation.
