A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) found that the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with alcohol level of 0.184% during blood transfusion at around 23:25, and was driving at the right side of the said rocketing car at the right side of the said rocketing car in front of the D E (48) where the Defendant driven a vehicle at the right side of the Gumiriririririririririririririririri, while driving the two-lane road in front of the Gumiriririririririririririririririririan from the middle school along the first lane, while driving the vehicle at the right side of the said rocketing car at the speed of the victim E (48 years old) under the influence of alcohol. Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and caused the victim E to suffer injury, such as light fluoral fluoralum, which requires the victim E to receive approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim G (45 years of age) of the said low-speed car in need of medical treatment for about 10 days. The Defendant suffered injury, such as light fluoral fluoralum and tension, which require the winner H (56 years of age) to receive approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and caused the winner I (54 years of age) to suffer injury, such as light fluoral fluoral fluoralum and tension, for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven the said rocketing car under the influence of alcohol by 0.184% in a section of about 500 meters from the 500-meter radius to the place indicated in paragraph 1 on the day before the cafeteria-Eup, Gosi-si, Gosi-si, Sin-si.
