1. The Defendant is based on the sale on February 17, 2017, with respect to the 2,149 square meters in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On February 17, 2017, the Plaintiff purchased the amount of KRW 45,00,000,000 from the Defendant in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and agreed to pay KRW 45,00,000,000, which was paid by D to D on behalf of the Plaintiff, after concluding a sales contract on the land in question with the Defendant, and having revoked D on behalf of the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Plaintiff paid KRW 45,00,000 to D on the same day.
B. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to complete the registration of ownership transfer for the above land pursuant to the above sales contract to the plaintiff.
