A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act on or around December 4, 2018;

A. On December 4, 2018, at around 03:30, the Defendant driven a 50 cc-Occ-registration of blue system without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 450 meters from the front of the “C” main point of “C,” located in Jin-gun, Jinnam-gun, Jinnam-gun, to the front road of the entertainment tavern.

B. On December 4, 2018, at around 05:40, the Defendant driven a “D”-based entertainment drinking boat from the front of the entertainment drinking house to the road front of the Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.

2. On December 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of the measurement of drinking level) around December 4, 2018, the Defendant claimed that “A person who appears to be a driver at the road is under the influence of alcohol” on the road front of the Seoul-gun Eelectric poles, Gosung-gun, Jinnam-gun, for the first time at around 06:10 on December 4, 2018 and received a report from 112, that “A person who appears to be a driver at the road is under the influence of alcohol” was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling in the Defendant’s entrance from a slope G belonging to the F District Unit of the Gosung Police Station, which called the “A person who is under the influence of alcohol on the road,” and did not comply with a request for alcohol measurement in a situation where there is a considerable reason to recognize that he/she was under the influence of alcohol by avoiding it, even though there is a considerable reason to believe that he/she was under the influence of alcohol.

3. Around January 10, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on January 10, 2019, the Defendant driven approximately 50 cc without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 1km from the French-gun in the Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun to the front road in the Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun.
