A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and the Act on Traffic of Roads (or the measures not taken after an accident) led the Defendant to drive a Category C cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.06% in blood on November 11, 2016, and proceed with a one-lane of the size D located in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, from the artificial embankment to the south side.

In such a case, the driver was negligent in neglecting the duty of care to drive safely on the right side of the cargo while under the influence of alcohol and due to negligence, and thereby entered the right side of the cargo vehicle into one lane, the driver was paid the part of the driver in front of the left side of the vehicle in Fteac, Ftera, the driver received the part of the driver in front of the left side of the vehicle in Fteac, 56.

As a result, the Defendant suffered brain-dead treatment for three weeks, and at the same time destroyed parts of the damaged vehicle repair cost of KRW 1,087,926 and escaped without taking relief measures.

2. On November 11, 2016, under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.06% among the blood transfusion around 16:05, the Defendant driving a 37 kilometer up to the house of the Defendant located in the same military G through the place referred to in the preceding paragraph at the Personnel Sports Center in Incheon-gun, Gangwon-do.
