1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A is the following:

20,000,000 won in collaboration with Defendant B.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the defendants are jointly obligated to pay the amount of KRW 20,000,00 and the amount of KRW 40,000 as from January 15, 2004, and the amount of KRW 40,000 as from January 15, 2004, each of the defendant A as from July 31, 2006, for the defendant A as to the defendant corporation, 6% per annum as from January 2, 2007, for the defendant corporation Eul, 20% per annum as from September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum as from the following day until September 30, 2015, and from the day of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
