Punishment of the crime

At night, the defendant got back to an industrial complex or housing where a large number of freight cars are parked, and had a mind to steal the preliminary boarding of freight cars.

In August 2013, the Defendant: (a) divided one Spain 400,000,000 won of the market price set up on the lower part of E 3.5 tons of truck parkeded by the victim D in the south-gu Incheon metropolitan front of August 2013; and (b) cut off the property in total of five times from September 2013 to September 2, 2013, including, but not limited to, a cargo vehicle, having been loaded on one’s own Fwing loan truck with the front cover of KRW 400,00,000.
