A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On December 22, 2019, the Defendant, within the “R” located in Busan Jung-gu Q, Busan, around 10:50 on December 22, 2019, sent a key to the victim S, sent an object by reporting that the victim S would put the key to the object in the bath-gu, and stolen the victim’s things by using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and used the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, used the key in the above bath-gu, and stolen the victim’s belongings, and then cut down one of the keyss at the market price of KRW 130,000,00 in cash owned by the victim within the key.

B. On December 27, 2019, the Defendant, within the precious metal shop located in Jung-gu Busan Metropolitan City, on December 11:08, 2019, asked the victim V, a main owner of which, as if he would normally purchase the goods, to show the net gold booming for men, and then received the said victim’s gold 24K 20,000 won equivalent to the market price of KRW 5,00,000 from the said victim, asked the above victim to “one time,” and then cut off the above gold boom that the victim calculated by calculating the amount of money.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 11:04 on December 22, 2019, the Defendant purchased a stolen victim’s new card owned by the Defendant and used a stolen credit card equivalent to KRW 50,000,000 in total of KRW 10,000.

B. On December 22, 2019, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won in total of 150,000 won in the “Edical Aggregate Tobacco” with a new card owned by the stolen victim S, and used stolen credit cards by purchasing 150,000 won in total.
