The respondent has determined that the amount of litigation cost to be repaid to the applicant by a judgment on the revocation of disposition rejecting B information disclosure between the above parties is KRW 3,401,051.

Since the amount of the litigation cost to be borne by the respondent regarding the above case as stated in the order is recognized as identical to the statement of the attached litigation cost, it shall be determined as per the order pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 110(1)

1) Article 1 (Enforcement Date) These Rules shall apply from April 1, 2018.

Article 2 (Transitional Measures) These Rules shall not apply to cases received before the enforcement of these Rules: Provided, That this Rule shall apply in determining the amount of attorney fees to be included in the costs of an appeal in the appellate court with respect to cases appealed after the enforcement of these Rules.

* The amount of the above determination shall be determined on the attorney’s fees partially claimed in the costs of lawsuit, and shall be accepted as 2019 A. 13484 with the remainder of stamp fees and service fees.
