The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the court below is justified in holding that the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs alone is insufficient to recognize that the officers and employees of the defendants company violated their duty of explanation and customer protection.

In other words, there is no violation of the law of misunderstanding the duty to protect investors or the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
