[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the execution of punishment shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around November 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, etc.) taken pictures of women’s body more than 13 times in total, as shown in Appendix I, from around 05:34 p.m. to February 21, 2016, namely, “G” at the “G” office located in the F and 3rd floor of the p.m., the cell phone was subdivided into a video camera of the cellular phone, and the body was taken by a female victim’s chest part, etc. on his/her name.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

B. Around November 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) committed sexual traffic by paying 100,000 won to B, a business owner of the above "G", under the pretext of preparing for harmony, and engaging in a similar intercourse or sexual intercourse over five occasions from around that time to January 17, 2016, as shown in attached Table II of Crimes List II.

2. Defendant B is a person who actually runs the above “G” marina point.

The defendant got 100,000 won from the customers who wish to engage in sexual traffic and had them conduct a similar act with the female in sexual traffic, and was willing to arrange sexual traffic in a way that distributes 50,000 won to the female in sexual traffic.

On November 25, 2015, around 05:34 and December 18, 2015, around 04:17, the Defendant received 100,000 won compared to the sex trafficking women in his/her name from A, a guest who found his/her place at the said “G” May 18, 2015, and had him/her do the act of comparison with the sex trafficking women in his/her name.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
