1. Defendant T religious organization U.S. sees Defendant V as a temporary pastor, which was held by the 42 co-council on June 2, 2013.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant U.S.C., a member of T religious organization AB Labor Association (hereinafter “AB Labor Association”), had resigned from office on December 24, 2012 with the recommendation of the members, and then became vacant.
B. On January 26, 2013, the members of the Defendant U.S. association requested a meeting of the church and the joint council to normalize the church, but they did not respond at the AB labor union, and some members including the Defendant U.S. head of the AB labor union led 109 members, and held the AD and AE held the AE general meeting at around 11:50 of March 17, 2013 while the 109 members were present, and a resolution was adopted with the contents of the formation of the church development committee with 11 members of the AE et al., granting the authority to request a member of the AB labor union for the normalization of the church, and withdrawing from the AB labor union.

E. Meanwhile, on March 1, 2013, AB Labor Association dispatched AG to the president of the party branch of the U church, and AG, as the president of the party branch, held a joint council on June 2, 2013, around 14:10. AG held a 42-time joint council. A resolution was made to invite Defendant V to the temporary pastor of the Defendant church (hereinafter “instant resolution”) while 41 members of the said joint council were present.
After that, at the first special meeting of the AB Labor Union No. 54 held on June 27, 2013, the first special meeting of the AB Labor Union No. 54 held on June 27, 2013, a resolution was made to allow Defendant V to do so and to allocate the right of president of the UB Labor Association to Defendant V.
F. On July 22, 2013, the Committee on the Boundary Survey and Handling of T religious Organizations’ Labor Unions shall be changed from a member of the AB Labor Association to a AH Labor Association.
