1. The importing Defendants are not persons handling narcotics, who are foreigners of their own nationality.

The Defendants conspired with D, the same Thailand, and D sent one-time psychotropic drug “YABA” to the Defendant’s workplace in collusion with D, one-way psychotropic drug “F” in Thailand, and the Defendants received it at the workplace, and then the Defendants sent half of them to D.

One name “F” in Thailand is sealed as plastic bags around March 2015 at the request of D, and sealed 400 as plastic bags, sealed as plastic bags, concealed them in international express postal items, and sent the received paper to the Defendants’ workplace by stating it as “G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G, which is the Defendants’ workplace.” On April 1, 2015, the written indictment in this case is stated as “ around April 1, 2014” but it is deemed as a clerical error in the “F around April 1, 2015,” and thus corrected.

As a flight, it arrived at the Incheon National Open Port.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with D and imported 400 psychotropic drugs in collusion.

B. The foregoing “F” is stated in the instant indictment as “F around April 30, 2015,” which appears to be a clerical error in the “F” on April 30, 2015, as required by D, after concealing it in an international express postal item by the same method as 402, and sending the received land as “G G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in whole.” However, it is deemed to be a clerical error in the “F around April 30, 2015” and thus corrected.

As a flight, it arrived at the Incheon National Open Port.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with D and imported 402 psychotropic drugs in collusion.

2. Medication;

A. On April 2015, the Defendants put the pipes made of the H factory No. G in the Seocho-si Kimhae-si, into the pipes made of the alkin aluminium No. 2, and attached the alkin.
