Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant sent to an in-house director, who received KRW 1,200,000 per month the passbook, seal, password, and deposit and withdrawal card of the bank account (C), the National Bank account (D), the enterprise bank account (E), and the Nong Bank account (F), and the Nong Bank account (F) and sent the name and non-person who operates the sports earth site via Kwikset Services, in the vicinity of our Park Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, around September 4, 2015.

The approach media was transferred.

2. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) received, in return for KRW 300,000 per month, a passbook, seal, password, and entry and departure card from the national bank account (H) in the name of the Defendant, a corporation established by the Defendant in the vicinity of the Yongsan-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; and (b) sent a name-free person who operates the sports earth site through Kwikset’s services.
