Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants A and B purchased a motor vehicle on May 11, 2015 and gathered to make profits from the difference in the purchase price by selling it to another person without having made a transfer registration, and sold the said bus to a third party at the same time, around 22:00 on the same day, at the street near the Osan-dong in Busan-si, Gyeonggi-do, for purchase of the H Coststex car registered under G from F to one million won, and on May 12, 2015, without making a transfer registration under the name of the Defendants, around 19:00 on May 19:0, 2015, the Defendants sold the said bus at the street near the bus in the Goyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and at the same time sold the said bus.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase a passenger car and sold it without making a transfer registration.

2. Defendant B

A. A. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant, a private person, purchased G Lone Star Co., Ltd in the name of G purchased from F and sold it to I, the Defendant: (a) drafted a document to the effect that G, the owner of the said passenger car, waives his/her right to the said passenger car; and (b) installed a document to transfer the said passenger car to I; and (c) arbitrarily put the G seal at the office of painting painting located in the Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, in order to deliver it to I without G’s permission.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged G seal for the purpose of exercising it.

B. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant, the above investigation event, put his seal in the column of “automobile transfer certificate” that the Defendant had forged G on the street near Yongsan-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, in order to the transferor column of “automobile transfer certificate,” and the debtor and the lender column of “automobile rental certificate,” in the column of “vehicle rental certificate,” in the column of “vehicle rental certificate,” in the column of “vehicle rental certificate,” in the name column of the owner of the vehicle,” in the column of “written consent to vehicle use,” in the name column of the owner of the “written consent to vehicle,” in the column of the “written consent to vehicle use,” in the name column of the owner of the “written consent to the vehicle,” and in the column of the delegating, in the street near the bus terminal located in the same Dong.
