The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against C on the street in front of U.S. Dongdong-gu B, U.S. on May 28, 2017; and (b) committed an assault against C; and (c) assaulted C at two to three times with the left side khacks.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. An agreement on October 20, 2017, stating the purport that the injured party does not want the punishment of the defendant under the agreement with the defendant, is submitted to this court.
(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
