The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. Taking into account the circumstances alleged by the judgment prosecutor, the defendant is led to confession and reflect; the defendant moves the victim immediately after the traffic accident in this case to the victim's mother and the hospital; the defendant's driver's vehicle is covered by a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance, and the insurance company pays 15,616,600 won in total to the victim for treatment expenses and agreement; the defendant deposited 3 million won in the court below for the victim; the defendant did not have the same criminal power; the defendant did not have the same criminal power; the defendant did not have any other criminal power except for the one-time fine due to the violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act; the defendant's age, character, character and environment; the process and consequence of the crime in this case; the circumstances after the crime; etc., the prosecutor's assertion as above cannot be deemed unfair since the sentence imposed by the court below is unjustifiable.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
