Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants, around 22:00 on April 21, 2016, boarded the train No. 11 of Busan KX 179, which started from Seoul Station.
The Defendants left a place in the guest room with drinking alcohol, and crew and other passengers who did not look at this, requested the Defendants to refrain from any disturbance. However, the Defendants took a bath without disregarding it. Ultimately, at the time the said train arrived at the Galin station, the Defendants carried out physical fighting with the name unrest male and Defendant A’s body attached to the same guest room.
Defendant
A, around 00:05 on April 22, 2016, when the above train arrived at the new station in the racing, it was impossible to find the crew to find out the person in his own seat, but it was impossible to start the train without finding the person in his own seat, and it was difficult to enter the train below the platform with the passenger room of the said train 11, and the Defendant B was also hard to drive the train on the line.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the traffic of the train in the above manner.
2. On April 22, 2016, around 00:10, the Defendant injured the Defendant, while interfering with the traffic of the train by entering the relevant line, he/she taken the scene of the above crime by using a mobile phone from the Defendant and the Defendant using the mobile phone, and he/she saw the victim’s sleve who used the mobile phone from the slevero, and immediately gets the victim’s chest part of the chest.
As a result, the defendant has a right to the right side in need of treatment for about 10 days.
