A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a alcohol) driving a BN driver car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.105% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license on the section of approximately 273 meters in the front of the Dong Administrative Welfare Center, which was located in the upper part of the 273 km-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si and the front part of the Dong Administrative Welfare Center.

2. Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the statement report on the circumstances of the driver in the name of D, which is a private document concerning the proof of facts, and submitted it as if it were duly formed.
