Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of benz motor vehicles.

On April 19, 2019, the Defendant driven the above motor vehicle on April 10:28, 2019, and proceeded with approximately 60 km and 90 km each hour at a 3-lane road located in Ycheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.

After the Defendant’s driving, the Defendant: (a) the victim D (ma, 56 years of age) who driven a C high-speed bus following the Defendant’s driving vehicle: (b) the victim D (ma), who driven the C high-speed bus, kids the Defendant’s walk, and (c) reduced the speed of the bent vehicle to about 20 kilometers a speed of speed by up to 20km; (b) threaten the victim D to drive the C high-speed bus rapidly; and (c) thereby, (d) led the Defendant to shock the back of the C high-speed bus in front of the C high-speed bus.

1. The defendant asserts that the investigation report (Scambling video analysis) only stopped by carrying a light with him, and that there is no intention to commit special intimidation or damage to property.

According to the above evidence, it can be acknowledged that ① there is no particular obstacle in light of weather conditions and road conditions, ② the Defendant voluntarily stops the vehicle by operating the brake without any particular reason, ③ the Defendant listens to the first horn and takes the brake system after several seconds. In light of these circumstances, the Defendant suddenly stops and stops the vehicle even if it is unpaid.
