A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) are those who are engaged in driving motor vehicles B in color 130;

On July 12, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at around 08:44, and led the D Company, which is located in the Gyeongcheon-si Kimcheon-si C, to proceed from the direction of the E kindergarten to the F market.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., in need of treatment for about three weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, the Defendant escaped without immediately stopping the said car, even though it damages 651,768 won for repairing expenses, and without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.

On the date and time set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant was driving a vehicle B i30% under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.250% from the 3km section from the J-cafeteria C, Kimcheon-si, to the front road of the D Company located in the same city as the D Company in the same city.
