1. The defendant shall pay 98,350,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 5, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures and sells the trawls in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, a company that manufactures and sells the trawls, and the Defendant is a company that manufactures and sells the trawls in Gyeongbuk-gun E.
B. From March 2, 2018 to the same year, the Plaintiff
