Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant thought that a group of people in front of his residence located in Ulsan-gun B around 08:00 had invaded on his house and brought about various kinds of living goods on the alleyway. The Defendant laid down the things on the alleyway.
