A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant and for a crime of No. 2 in the judgment of the defendant, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court. The judgment became final and conclusive on May 4, 2017.

On March 5, 2017, at around 12:17, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.51g of penphones into the sampling of plastic water and put them into the main machine of plastic water. (b) On March 5, 2017, the Defendant: (c) put approximately 0.51g of penphones in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
