1. Between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009 Ghana 378473 Decided August 12, 2010.

1. On August 12, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a loan claim against the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009 Ghana 378473, and the same court rendered a judgment on August 12, 2010 that “the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 10,00,000 and the interest calculated at a rate of 20% per annum from July 25, 2010 to the date of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

After the expiration of the prescription period of the claim based on the above final judgment, the extension of the prescription period shall be sought by the lawsuit in this case.
