A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Gwangju District Court for fraud, etc. and served on November 5 of the same year in Gwangju prison.

1. Special larceny;

A. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant conspiredd to steal C and Oralba, and discovered that the victim E was parked in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, the market price of the victim E in the F New Zealand at an amount equivalent to KRW 1,350,000,00 of the market price owned by the victim, around the new wall, and C reported the network in its surroundings, and the Defendant was driving by walking the Gu road to the dial key (one son) prepared in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.

B. On January 9, 2016, the Defendant conspiredd to steal C and Obaba, and discovered that the victim H was parked in ISel 125 S (SL125S) Mabababa at the market price equivalent to KRW 2.8 million prior to convenience stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul around the new wall on January 9, 2016, and C reported the network around C, and the Defendant was driving by putting the vehicle to the key of the Obaba, which was prepared in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 11, 2016, the Defendant discovered that the door of a passenger car parked in a non-permanent area lower than the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government District Court (hereinafter “Seoul District Court”) was not corrected, and entered the car and stolen the car with a cash worth of KRW 3,000, which is owned by the victim’s name.

B. On January 11, 2016, at around 06:06, the Defendant discovered that LT (CT) 100,000 MT owned by the victim K was parked at the parking lot of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J building and stolen it by using the keys of the OE which had been in possession of any cret in the vicinity.

On January 11, 2016, the Defendant continued to do so, at around 06:20, the market price of the victim N in the Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu Mnobro, Seoul, which is equivalent to KRW 8.50,000 (CA) 110 (E).
