The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service B.

On February 17, 2016, the Defendant driven an Obane around 23:12, and continued the front road of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the hurnas hotel room in the vicinity of the light apartment.

Since there is a crosswalk where a signal, etc. is installed, it was confirmed whether a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive according to the new subparagraph after checking whether there is a person who will cut the way by reducing the speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the victim D (49 years old) who dried the crosswalk on the right side in accordance with the pedestrian signals by negligence, disregarding that the vehicle driving signal is a stop signal, and found it late on the right side, and applied the hand to the right side in order to avoid this, but did not avoid it, and did not shock the hand dog that the above victim led.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the Defendant’s right-hand spons and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of treatment, due to such occupational and practical performance as above.
