Punishment of the crime

No words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion, shall be delivered to the other party, through telephone, mail, computer, or any other means of communication, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or the other person's sexual desire.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2018. 4. 2. 02:00경 정읍시 B에 있는 C 공장에서 잠시 쉬던 중 피고인의 휴대폰을 이용하여 D 오픈 대화방에 접속한 후 피해자 E에게 “내 꼬추 보여줄까 , 내거 쫌 큰데”, “빨고 싶지 않아 ”, “넣고 싶어 보지에 똥구멍에 존나 쑤시고 싶어”라는 등의 성적 수치심을 일으키는 글을 전송하고, 계속해서 남자 성기 사진과 자위동영상을 전송하였다.
