A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2017, the Defendant had been aware of marriage at the entrance of a usual elementary school located in the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si (Am. 39 years of age) who was a victim C (Am. 39 years of age) who was not the husband of the female, and was boarding and leaving the vehicle with another non-child.

After that, on May 22, 2017, the Defendant posted the victim’s cell phone from the public telephone set up in the Gyeonghae Women High School, which is located in the same city, to the victim’s cell phone, and stamped the photograph of accompanying the male and female passage for three months at the request of any person.

그러나 피해 자가 피고인의 말을 믿지 않고 전화를 끊어 버리자, 피고 인은 위와 같이 피해자를 미행하면서 피해자와 위 불상의 남자가 팔짱을 끼고 걸어가는 장면을 촬영한 사진을 피해 자의 SM6 승용차의 운전석 문 사이에 끼워 둔 다음, 같은 날 21:42 경 위와 같은 장소에서 다시 피해자에게 전화를 걸어 같은 취지로 협박하며 현금 1,300만 원을 요구하였으나, 이 때에도 피해 자가 피고인의 요구에 응하지 아니하자 다음 날 19:16 경 같은 시 이현동 소재 공설 운동장에 있는 공중 전화에서 다시 피해자에게 전화를 걸어 같은 취지로...
