Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed an indecent act by force against the victim D (the age of 17) who reported a performance and divided a conversation with the performance in front of C in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, on July 14, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. A special assault Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against D at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph 1, and (b) committed assault against the victim, who was working as a performance-related person in the surrounding area, to avoid the job from the victim E (the 17-year-old person) who was in a performance-related relationship; and (c) committed assault against the victim, who was a dangerous object cited on the ground that the victim’s face was obstructed.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
