Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers working in a police box to maintain public peace and order.

2. 피고인은 2019. 5. 20. 12:28경 위 1항 기재 C파출소에서, 위 1항 기재와 같이 벌금 500만 원을 선고받은 것에 대해 항의하기 위해 경위 D에게 전화를 요구하였으나 위 D이 피고인에게 전화를 하지 않았다는 이유로, 오른손을 들고 같은 파출소 소속 경위 E를 때릴 듯이 위협하며 위 E에게 D을 지칭하여 “그놈은 내가 죽여 버릴 거다! 그놈하고 그놈 가족을 엽총으로 다 쏴 죽이겠다.”라고 위협하고, 이를 제지하는 위 E를 향하여 “자꾸 그러면 너도 죽여 버리겠다! 젊은 나이에 죽으면 좋지 않을 텐데”라고 말을 하여 E를 협박하였다.

3. 피고인은 2019. 5. 20. 18:10경 불상의 장소에서, 위 C파출소에 전화를 걸어 위 파출소 소속 경위 D에게 “너 갈 준비되었냐, 19:00경 파출소로 찾아가 죽여 버릴 테니 만나자, 죽여 버릴 테니 기다려라, 엽총 가져다 쏴 죽일게!”라고 말을 하여 D을 협박하였다.
