1. With respect to KRW 27,149,139 and KRW 20,149,139 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7,00,000 from October 21, 2005.

1. At the time when the Defendant received a loan from the Korea Housing Finance Corporation and the Gwangju Bank respectively, the Plaintiff was jointly and severally liable for each of the above loans. Since the Defendant failed to repay each of the above loans, the Plaintiff subrogated KRW 20,149,139 to the Korea Housing Finance Corporation and the Gwangju Bank respectively, the Defendant is liable to pay the amount of subrogation as stated in the order and the damages for delay to the Plaintiff.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable provisions of Acts.
