Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who had operated the “D Construction Office” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and received money from the Chang Chang City Development Co., Ltd., Ltd. and the F Co., Ltd., Ltd., a contractor in relation to the building project of Ulsan-do E apartment complex, which was enforced from around 2005, under the pretext of the permission-related rain funds, etc., and was sentenced to one year and three months of imprisonment on February 3, 2012 by the Ulsan District Court for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, which was a member of the Construction Committee of Ulsan-gu

On June 21, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Defendant in the breach of trust case of Defendant G and H (2012No467) on June 21, 2013, and taken an oath. From July 2006 to August 2006, the Defendant testified on the process of ordering the research service contract on the landscape plan in the name of the Defendant’s corporation operating from July 4 to August 201, 206 to the International University Industry Cooperation Foundation Urban Construction Institute of the said G, which is a responsible researcher, as to the background of ordering the research service contract on the landscape plan in the name of the Defendant’s company. In the testimony, “This contract was concluded with the Defendant, even if it is interested on the direction of the landscape at the time of the construction and the inside of the building committee, and as a result of the construction review committee, it is not concluded with the E Apartment Corporation and the executive company as the owner of the landscape planning service to the Defendant G. It does not appear that (landscape planning service).

However, the fact is that, at the time, the development of Chang Chang City Co., Ltd. and F Co., Ltd. have determined G as ordering a research service contract for landscape planning in order to pass through the construction deliberation.
