1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 18,235,528 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 17,739,168 to Plaintiff B; and (c) from January 6, 2014 to July 6, 2015 to each of them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff A (hereinafter “the deceased”).
The Plaintiff is the father of the deceased, and the mother of the deceased, and the Plaintiffs are co-inheritors of the deceased. 2) The Defendant was the employer of the deceased as a company whose primary purpose is multi-family housing management business, worker dispatch business, etc.
B. As of September 2, 2013, the Defendant and the Deceased entered into a labor contract with the term of the contract from August 15, 2013 to May 14, 2014; the term of the contract from August 15, 2013 to May 14, 2014; the duties are the facility management, the workplace, and the wages are 1.5 million won per month; 2) the Deceased worked as the electrical engineer (ju) of the management office in charge of maintaining and repairing the central heating boiler, pipes, electricity and other facilities within the building (hereinafter “instant building”) from August 15, 2013 to December 24, 2013.
3) For the management of the instant building, the Defendant’s employees at ordinary times worked for the management of the instant building: (a) one chief of the field room of the management office; (b) one electrical engineer (man) one of the security guards belonging to the management office; (c) one of the security guards in charge of cleaning toilets; and (c) the deceased worked for the cleaning of the office from 9:0 p.m. to 30:0 p.m. from 9:0 p.m. of the day; (c) the employees in charge of cleaning the Defendant’s office located in the pipe room on each floor; and (d) the employees in charge of cleaning the pipe room on each floor, which had been stored in the pipeline room on the third floor of the instant building, were lost; and (e) the employees in charge of cleaning the Defendant’s office explained the deceased around 15:00 p.m. and requested the deceased to explain such circumstances to the deceased on December 24, 2013.
2. Accordingly, the Deceased was found in the distribution team of the third floor around 16:00 on the same day, but it was not discovered, but the Deceased was found in the distribution team of the second floor using a cell phone lamps, but it was also found.
