Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person who is a person who holds a unregistered motor vehicle shall operate a motor vehicle on the road that he/she has failed to purchase mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on July 12, 2017, the Defendant operated the automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the front road located in Daejeon Daejeon Seo-gu B.
