Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 30, 2008, and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on December 11, 2008.

On January 4, 2007, the Defendant: (a) at the D Credit Business Office for the Defendant’s operation of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cbuilding 1003, the Defendant, “Around January 4, 2007, the Defendant may receive a high interest from the victim E if he/she lends money to B; (b) he/she would be able to borrow the lease deposit as security; (c) the amount equivalent to 2.5% per month for the leased principal and the said person would pay the interest at interest; and (d) the said person would also pay the principal immediately if he/she has paid the money.

However, in the course of operating the above lending enterprise, the Defendant had no intention or ability to repay the existing debt and to use it as living expenses, etc. by lending approximately one billion won of the above lending enterprise, and even if he/she borrowed money from the above victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim, received money of KRW 17,460,00 from the above victim to the national bank account (Account Number:F) of the defendant on the same day, and acquired it by deceit, as shown in the attached crime list from around that time to September 18, 2007, and received a total of KRW 666,90,000 from 11 times in total as shown in the attached crime list.

A. On July 18, 2006, at H Credit Business Office in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant borrowed money to the victim I as a security for the deposit money, and the Defendant was issued a real estate lease contract in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million, and the lessee: L: the lessee; the lessee was issued to the above victim with the amount of KRW 29,100,000 after deducting the interest of the victim from the above victim.
