1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,34,200 and KRW 30 million among them, 15% per annum from September 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff loaned 120 million won per annum to the Defendant on January 11, 2007, with the due date fixed on July 31, 2007. The Plaintiff loaned 10 million won to the Defendant on August 9, 2013 under the same conditions as the Defendant on August 9, 2013. The Plaintiff was unable to receive interest or delay damages by May 10, 2015, and there is no dispute between the parties. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay 38,334,200 won (i.e., KRW 10 million) to the Plaintiff and 38,334,200 won (i.e., KRW 1,334,20 million) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 8, 2016 to the date following the record that the original copy of payment order sought by the Plaintiff was served to the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
