Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven B Poter truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 2km from around 03:25 to the front road of the “elbow church” located in the Gu of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, an Ansan-si; (b) the Defendant driven B Poter truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.11% from the 2km section to the road of the “elbow church” located in the Gu of Ansan-si.
