A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2018, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven a 100-meter DNA rocketing car from the front of a restaurant where the trade name in the Gwangju Mine cannot be known while under the influence of alcohol 0.107%, to the front of the C Hospital located in Gwangju Mine-gu B.
