1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 91,83,498 and interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from March 31, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;

(However, the "creditor" is the plaintiff and the "debtor". The overdue interest rate under the agreement is 25% per annum.

2. The judgment dismissing confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) is deemed to have led to a confession of all the Plaintiff’s allegations in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, since the Defendant merely raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the instant payment order and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response.
