Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2018, the Defendant driven Bone Star Pream under the influence of alcohol 0.052% of alcohol content from around the World Cup stadium in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu to the front road of the same Honam Highway from around 1km to the luke road in front of the same Gu Honam Highway.
