Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles, etc. to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 22:10 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages equivalent to the sum of KRW 54,000,00, including the 2 illness, 16-year old, G (16), H (16-year old), and I (16-year old), which are drugs harmful to juveniles, to the “E” restaurant operated by the Defendant, “E”, which is operated by the Defendant, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju (D).
