Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 19:10 on January 29, 2019, the Defendant, at the “C” parking lot located in Asan City B, and at the 112 report, assaulted the Defendant with slope E and Fmanman on one occasion, including, without any justifiable reason, she took a bath to ask the Defendant whether he/she had gone to a slope E and F in the D District of the ASEAN Police Station, who was called at the site after having received a report on the said 112.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

The crime of this case is committed by assaulting police officers who intend to help the defendant under the influence of alcohol, and the nature of the crime is poor, and the punishment is determined as ordered in consideration of the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, relationship with the victim, motive, means and consequence of the crime, circumstances after the crime, and other various conditions of sentencing as shown in the argument of this case.
