1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 76,430,000 won and 8% per annum from June 1, 2008 to February 13, 2015.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Plaintiff and the Defendants bear the amount of KRW 9,0230,000,000 as “D” from February 1, 2007 to operate as a partnership business. After that, the Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed to withdraw from the above partnership business and to receive the refund of KRW 13,80,000,000 among the above partners until June 2008. Thus, the Defendants jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 76,430,00 and its related amount from June 1, 2008 to February 13, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from the next day to September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2015, each of the agreed amounts of KRW 15,55,000,000,000,000 per annum under the Act.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
