Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On July 3, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car on July 15:10, 2015, and led the intersection of the three-lanes in front of the building of Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-do to the right-way speed of about 10km from the Ramamoto to the ethm of 10km in speed.

There are three-distance crossings where no signal apparatus is installed, so there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle is a pedestrian crossing and to safely drive the motor vehicle, by reducing the speed of the person engaged in driving the motor vehicle, and by checking it well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went on the right side of the said vehicle and got the victim E (68 years old) to leave the way from the right side of the said vehicle to the left side by using the crosswalk with the front wheels of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as cutting down the mouths of the right-hand part, which requires medical treatment for about 12 weeks due to such occupational negligence.
