Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2014, at around 23:03, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.115% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a 500-meter B wing-in truck from the front side of the Si Young Apartment apartment located in the Sinsanbuk-dong in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si to the front side of the Hohodong located in the same Dong.
