Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was a person who is engaged in driving a B window-stom car; (b) was driving the said car at around 19:25 on September 14, 2013 and driving the road at a speed of about 40 kilometers from the right side to the right side of the 37 arm’s length of the road at a speed of about 37 kilometers at the right side; (c) at the time, the vehicle was a one-lane road at a speed of about 40 kilometers at the right side; and (d) at the time, the vehicle driver was not well able to see the right side and the right side of the vehicle; and (d) the victim C (age 63) who was walking the said road due to an occupational negligence while neglecting the duty of care, caused the death of the victim by shocking the above road to the right side of the vehicle at around 30:35, 2013.
