(2016 high 130) Defendant A is a person who has joined a file sharing website and a 'brecover file'.

On July 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) connected a computer to a file-sharing website (www.udisk.co. kr) using a computer; and (b) displayed and distributed works from January 10, 201 to a large number of unspecified people so that he/she can downloaded 94 points of copyrighted works, such as the attached list of crimes.

Afterwards, the points of the file sharing site acquired in return for the business has been converted into a pole point (778,000 points) that can be used as cash, and some of them have been withdrawn in cash (DC card) and has been habitually infringed on the other's property right for profit.
