The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2014, the Defendant was not a medical person who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (non-medical person) and no medical person is allowed to perform any medical practice other than those licensed, and the Defendant was provided with KRW 14,750,000,00 from around 209 to around 200, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, to the above C’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun Budget Group B by using a medical device, such as a compliance pipe prepared in advance, hand box, bomb, pin, pinc, finc, flaps, and lex, and received a delivery of KRW 2,50,000,000 from around 209 to around 15 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant was not a medical person, but performed medical practice for profit.

2. On July 16, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and, around 10:30 on July 16, 2014, from the Defendant’s house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, to the front road of the office of the Defendant, located in Chungcheongnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, C’s house located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Zone B, the Efol-do passenger car was driven at approximately
