A. The defendant Cmedical consumer cooperatives shall draw up the annexed 21st floor drawings.

Facts of recognition

Plaintiff

A is the owner of 3/10 shares among buildings listed in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”), and Plaintiff B is the owner of 7/10 shares.

The Plaintiffs leased part of the part of the first floor of the instant building to Defendant C Medical Consumer Cooperatives (hereinafter “Defendant Cooperatives”).

Although the defendant union paid the lease deposit and the rent to the plaintiffs, it did not pay 20 million won out of the lease deposit, and did not pay the rent and the management fee for more than 2 years.

On June 22, 2016, the Plaintiffs expressed to the Defendant Union the intent to terminate the lease agreement on the grounds of rent for at least two-terms of rent and management expenses in arrears by content-certified mail, and the said mail reached the Defendant Union on June 23, 2016.

The Defendant Cooperative entered into a drawing indication 2, 3, 4, 9, 6, 7, 8, and 1 with the order of each of the items indicated in the attached Table 2 1st floor drawings, such as the 266.94m2, 3, 4, 9, and 2, and the 35.98m2, 548.66m2, 3, 553.61m2, 567.11m2, 567.11m2, 567.61m2, 563.61m2, 663.92m2, underground1m2, 263.92m2 (parking), 57.7m2, 264.7m2, and 36m2, 36m2, and 567m2, in succession with the Defendant Cooperative.

As of June 23, 2016, the sum of unpaid rents and management expenses is KRW 326,072,659.

As of June 23, 2016, the amount equivalent to the rent and management expenses that the defendant union should pay every month is 32,67,700 won.
